Terms of Use

These website terms describe the intended use of MediaHarbour and are not a substitute for any applicable Apple standard end-user license agreement or terms presented through the App Store.

User-provided services and media

MediaHarbour is a client. You are responsible for the Jellyfin servers, media, playlists, streams, credentials and other sources you choose to connect. Use MediaHarbour only with content and services you own or are authorized to access.

IPTV

Except for the clearly identified Creative Commons demo content described on the Licenses page, MediaHarbour does not provide a television subscription, channel package, or rights to third-party programming. Availability, legality and reliability of user-supplied sources are the user’s/source provider’s responsibility.

Availability

Self-hosted servers, third-party services, networks and media formats can change or become unavailable. MediaHarbour cannot guarantee that every server, stream, codec or third-party service will remain compatible.

Intellectual property

MediaHarbour branding, original software and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification/interoperability purposes.
